Policy
Our approach to policy work is as dynamic and results-driven as the rest of our activities.
We use free market principles and entrepreneurial thinking to create positive and lasting changes for the planet. Part of the responsibility that comes with this work includes developing necessary rules and infrastructure to guide and foster positive and lasting change.
BEF's role as a policy developer continues to evolve.. In the early stages, we affect policy by creating and defining product and market standards. As the ideas and the markets catch on, our role in policy matters evolves into educating local and national organizations on issues and trying to further refine and improve standards.
We want to create positive and lasting change and empower the people around us to do the same.
